Thank you for choosing Rawan Fragrances. We take immense pride in carefully packaging and promptly dispatching our artisanal perfume oils and attars to ensure they reach you safely.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has been received and verified.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates
We ship to addresses across India. Shipping rates and estimated transit times are as follows:

- Kerala & South India: Typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India: Typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive surges.
3. Shipment Tracking
- Once your package is dispatched, we will send a notification containing your AWB / Tracking Number and the courier partner’s tracking portal link.
- Tracking details generally take 12 to 24 hours to reflect active status on the courier partner’s website.
4. Secure Packaging
Perfume oils and attars are bottled in glass. To prevent leakage or breakage during transit, every product is securely sealed with protective wrapping and placed in shock-absorbent, tamper-evident packaging before dispatch.
5. Damaged, Tampered, or Leaking Shipments
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or leaking:
- Do not accept the delivery if the outer box is clearly open, crushed, or heavily tampered with.
- If accepted, please record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the damaged bottle/package.
- Reach out to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photo/video proof so we can process a swift replacement.
6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
- Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to non-availability or an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
